Interpretation

The following definitions and rules of interpretation apply in these Terms and Conditions:

1) Any words following the terms including, in particular, for example, or any similar expression, shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase, or term preceding those terms.
2) Capitalized terms used in these Terms and Conditions (but not defined in these Terms and Conditions) shall, unless specified otherwise, have the meanings set out in the Agents Contract.

Definitions

Agreement: The Agents Contract and these Terms and Conditions.
Commission Fee: The fee specified on the home pages of the Agents Account.
Agents Contract: The Agents Contract is attached to these Terms and Conditions.
Services: The agents' services we have agreed to provide to you in respect of the platform, as described in the Agents Contract.

Agent-to-Agent Funds Prohibition

Any agent or representative (“Agent”) engaged with the Platform is strictly prohibited from having any form of fund flow or financial transactions with another Agent. This includes receiving, holding, transferring, remitting or disbursing any funds related to the Platform’s operations or customers to or from any other Agent via bank account, digital wallet, crypto wallet, third-party service, or through any other means.

Such transfers present unacceptable legal, financial, and regulatory risk, including commingling of funds, potential money-laundering or fraud exposure, difficulty distinguishing ownership in dispute or insolvency, and undermining the Platform’s ability to fulfill its obligations under US AML, fiduciary, and custody / asset protection laws.

The Platform reserves all rights to enforce this prohibition to its fullest extent under applicable law, including suspending or terminating Agents who violate this policy, freezing or reclaiming funds, and seeking any other legal or regulatory remedies necessary.

General Terms

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our platform services to you. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before signing the Agreement. These Terms and Conditions tell you who we are, how we will provide our services to you, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.

If you think there is any mistake in these terms, please contact agent support for feedback. And you will need to pay fines if you have any misconduct during the process. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to our Agreement to the exclusion of all others that the Merchant(s) seek to impose or incorporate or which are implied by trade, custom, practice, or course of dealing.

Agents Responsibility

Pre-terminating the sale is NOT allowed as it disrupts the merchant's data collection efforts.
Agents are not allowed to publish or post any fake information on any type of social media or other platforms.
Every agent must complete 2 sets of products before they can quit. 2 sets = 80 products.
The minimum withdrawal requirement is to complete 1 current set of sales and a minimum withdrawal of 100 USDT or more before being allowed to withdraw funds.
The normal credit score for each agent is 100, but improper behavior will deduct points based on severity and frequency, visible on the agent's profile. If the score drops below a threshold, operating permissions may be restricted or the account may be suspended/terminated.
Agent is not allowed to create multiple accounts.
Every agent must maintain confidentiality to protect the merchant and company's reputation.
Agents will get 0-3 packages in 1 set of sales, randomized by the system (1-3 sales per package).
Agents must complete a set for sales within 48 hours to ensure effective data collection.
The company reserves the right to add or change the content of the agreement.
